Hi I'm Trena, your host of the YouTube Video Game Plan Challenge and creator of Video Strategy Academy. I’ve spent over 6 years analyzing, implementing and crafting YouTube strategies for multiple 7 figure business owners.
What makes my tactics and strategies unique is I focus on business owners, not the next “YouTube Star”. I want my clients and students to create the best videos that will get in front of people who will PAY! Plus, I want it to be efficient. I’m a mom with two kids at home so I don’t have all the time in the world to be creating videos. So my process was built with time and money in mind!
If you are looking to learn from someone who cuts to the chase to get you long lasting results, that’s my jam.

Why does this challenge cost money?
Here’s the deal, I put a lot of time into mapping out this content to help you get results and I’m a firm believer of having some skin in the game. So if that means asking you to invest $10 in a challenge and that gets you more motivated to show up, take action and see results… then my work here is done! Plus I’m really looking for the people who are committed, the people who really want to put time into this challenge, so that means asking you to commit a few dollars for me to know you are seriously interested.
Do I have to complete all levels (ie: show up every day)?
Nope, BUT you are going to get the most value if you make time in your calendar now to show up live. Each day really leads into the next so you’ll want to attend live as much as possible. Any session you miss will be available for replay.
Will I get to ask questions about my YouTube videos during the YouTube Video Game Plan Challenge?
Yep, myself and my team will be working hard to ensure all your questions are answered throughout the week! The best place to get my answers will be during the live sessions. So if you want to know my answer to your question, then make sure you are showing up live every day!
What time are the lessons each day?
The challenge will run from Monday, February 7 - Friday, February 11. Each day I will be going live at 12pm EST each day and will be about 30 minutes long.
How long will I have access to the training?
